Are your products fresh?


Yes. All products are carefully handled, hygienically packed, and come with a Best Before period of 6 months.

Where does Nutrelli operate from?


Nutrelli is operated by Shopnex Ventures, based in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Do you sell in bulk or wholesale?


No. Currently, we only accept orders for personal consumption. Bulk or wholesale orders are not available.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can place an order using guest checkout.

How long does order processing take?


Orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday).

What is the delivery time?


Estimated delivery time is 7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Yes. Tracking information is shared once your order is shipped.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No. We only accept prepaid orders.
