Thank you for shopping with Nutrelli.

Since we deal in nuts, seeds, and dried fruits (food products), our return and refund policy is limited and strictly governed by hygiene and food safety standards.


7-Day Return Window (Damage/Quality Issues Only)

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product quality is genuinely compromised

We do not accept returns for taste preferences or change of mind.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory

  • The video must show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The shipping label

    • The product condition inside

Without a proper unboxing video, the return request will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Food products that are opened or used

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

As these are perishable food products, general returns are not allowed.


How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the issue

  • Unboxing video

If your return is approved, we will share instructions for sending the product back.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Bad quality product

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement (subject to availability).


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund will be issued to the same account from which payment was made

  • Processing time: Within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Bank processing time may vary

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
