Nutrelli is operated by Shopnex Ventures (Sole Proprietorship), Uttar Pradesh, India.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship within India only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹200

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if provided).

  • You can track your order using the tracking link shared.


6. Payment Policy Related to Shipping

  • ❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • We accept prepaid payments only through:

    • UPI

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Razorpay

    • PayUMoney

Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.


7. Delays and Liability

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Nutrelli is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

If incorrect information is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries.

  • Re-shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.


9. Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

  • Contact us within 7 days at:

All return and replacement requests are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.


10. Risk of Loss

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner:

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

  • However, we will assist in resolving courier-related issues where possible.
